Share the construction programme, design information, current issues and the support required. Attendance, witnessing and response arrangements are agreed in advance.
We review the requirement, identify missing inputs and agree a scope, fee and programme before work begins.
We provide engineering support, not installation, specialist commissioning certification or continuous site supervision. The appointed contractor and commissioning specialists retain their defined responsibilities.

Do you commission the equipment?
We can review plans and results and provide agreed witnessing support. Physical testing, adjustment and specialist certification are undertaken by appropriately appointed specialists.
Does a site visit certify the whole installation?
No. An observation covers accessible work seen during the agreed visit. Its scope and limitations are recorded.
Can you support changes to another designer’s scheme?
Potentially, subject to adequate information, competence and a clear agreement on design responsibility and approvals.
