Tell us the symptoms, when they occur, building use and location. Existing drawings, maintenance records, complaints and operating data help us target the visit.
We review the requirement, identify missing inputs and agree a scope, fee and programme before work begins.
A visual survey is not a full performance test. Access, intrusive work, measurements and specialist testing are agreed in advance. We do not provide asbestos surveys or statutory inspections requiring separate accreditation.

Do I need drawings first?
No. Tell us what is available. Missing information affects the survey scope and may require additional tracing or investigation.
Will a survey tell me exactly why a system is failing?
It may establish a cause, or identify the measurements needed to test competing explanations. We distinguish observed facts from conclusions that need further evidence.
Can you help after the report?
Yes. Findings can lead to an options study, replacement design or construction support under an agreed follow-on appointment.
